Hey Guys, I checked in a community meetup during today's Tinkatink CD, but I didn't receive the Check-in reward timed research. I restarted the app multiple times, but still I didn't even receive it. It was really frustrating because I needed that free Premium Pass as I am currently stocking up on them for Mega Mewtwo during Go Fest 2026.
Can anyone explain why I didn't even receive it?? Would be glad if you give some suggestions and improvement tips.

Sorry this happened to you. I’m an ambassador and had this happen to me, and have seen it happen to other trainers in my area.
No instant fix but I had to put in a ticket with support, and they were able to send it to me in a couple of days or so.
If the ambassador didn’t set a location. Or didn’t map it to an event. This can happen. I expect that’s what happened.
Did you claim the 500xp research within an hour?
