Signed Keiji Kinebuchi card – out of old autograph Collection.

I just got my hands on an old card signed by Keiji Kinebuchi. The card is from an autograph collector. I would like to know if its possible to authenticate. I know that his Signiture is really rare and there are only some copies with his signiture.
