Honestly that looks fucking badass, I like it. I’m not really a fan of literally just giving Pokémon their trainer’s attributes because like… why? I feel like the bond can be an important thing without them somehow ending up doing a fusion dance thing. However this actually works pretty well with what Garchomp already looks like and is not just giving it human hair and a dorky shirt (can you tell how much I hate Battle Bond Greninja lol) so I think you did a good job with a concept that is not easy to pull off, congrats.

As someone who is not a huge fan (read hater) of Ash-Greninja, I have to say, I *at least* expected them to explore that gimmick with more than just one Pokémon and Anime character? Ash doesn’t even exist in the game canon. I can’t express how bad a concept it is.
This is very cool though, well done. Still not a huge fan of the Battle-Bond concept, but it would at least be much cooler with known game characters.
One correction you need to make, Cynthia’s Garchomp is female, so you should make the change to fill in the cut-out in the fin.
