Is this a Hundo?

I’ve only been playing since February and just learned about Pokemon’s raid CPs and its IVs. I checked pokemon db site and it looks like this is the max CP you can get in a raid. Does that mean this is a Hundo?

EDIT: I didn’t catch it. That’s why I posted this question– to find out if the pokemon I encountered and got away from raid is a Hundo.
