Is Mega Starmie a bunny? Then why does it get Huge Power?

I thought it was supposed to be an alien from outerspace, but now that it's been confirmed that Mega Starmie's ability is Huge Power… that means it's a moon bunny? Only bunny pokemon have Huge Power like Diggersby, Azumarill, Mega Mawile… weird how GameFreak now includes Mega Starmie in the roster.
