Am i the only person with a SHUNDO fragment pikachu?

I managed to get myself a SHLUNDO fragment pikachu from a normal trade with my mom and after doing my research i found out it is insanely rare so also gave it moves it normally can't learn like present and surf i am planning on giving it thunder for its third move.
