Any idea why these two Pokémon can’t go into Champions? Even the though HOME doesn’t prevent me from picking them?

I was trying to send my initial batch of Pokemon to Champions but it wouldn't let me until I deselected these two. The only thing they seem to have in common is coming from ORAS.
