so I switched out floette, armarouge, steelix, and starmi for spiritomb with trickroom, Snorlax with bellydrum, cofagrigus, and galarian slowbro or hisuian goodra. are there any suggestions I should do to make the term beater?

Try Oranguru Instruct strategies. Some of the craziest and most disgusting strats are only possible because of that Zhuge Liang cosplaying ape. Mega Camerupt using Protect, with a Telepathy Oranguru holding Mental Herb to bypass flinch/taunt for double mega stat Eruption spam is a literal blast.
Either that or Instructing Rock Slide with Rhyperior for the scummiest double spread flinch spam imaginable to cause rage quits. Hell, I’d ragequit against that.
