    I’m 90% sure Link will talk like any character on a movie. I doubt they’re gonna spend that much time with that unfortunately.

    Link is going to be a Costa barista bored with his job, and then the coffee machine sucks him into the ‘game world’ where everything is kOoKy!1! and weird!  And the enemy will be a general in the US army called Ganon!1! trying to destroy the game world that Link now loves.

    i’m honestly kinda bummed for a semi-related reason:

    they put star fox in the mario movie, alongside pikmin, a brief background metroid cameo, and a bunch of other things. but they’re all *animated*

    if they do end up making more movies that have different universe characters coming together, it’s gonna be a little weird for zelda, after it having a live action movie for reasons unknown.

    i otherwise really hope it’ll come out great

    Feeling wary of this one. I worry that the people working on it are just going to shove as much fanservice as they can in there instead of trying to tell a good story. Like, if there’s enough fairies and heart pieces and rupees we won’t care that it’s a dogshit movie.
