For a month now I've been locked out of my account, for no reason at all.
Reseted password, but the same specific message pops up (screenshot, when I enter wrong informations different message shows), and keeps me out of the account. I've tried everything, support ignores me and bot-replies.
If anyone know anything about this bug, please reach out. I'm desperated atp, I've lost all hope for recoving account that holds sm value.

You mentioned resetting the password. If you were using PTC as a login that is not considered a safe method since the data breach from two years ago, so people have gotten their accounts hacked and stolen because they used PTC. Everyone started unlinking PTC from the game because how unsafe it is.

If you got hacked then it will be extremely difficult to recover the account, and it’s likely many things will be gone after a month. You’ll have to start the long and difficult process to prove you’re the real account owner to get it back.
