I left a more detailed comment on the last video, but I'm just still so confused and haven't really heard an answer that makes sense. If you don't play pvp, what exactly are you DOING with the pokemon you take so much time and effort to collect? I don't get it.

the community is insufferable anyways, especially on X. People crying about Com days is just embarrassing, like who actually cares what it is, it does nothing.

I usually just go light on days in not interested maybe do some raids
I get why people are frustrated. Some people are invested in the game and the game is designed on drip feeding pokemon and events so you're artificially limited in what you can do. When events come that don't offer anything of interest then it's just disappointing. Personally I'm less invested so it doesn't bother me. I find myself liking not feeling the need to go out.
I’m looking forward to this community day in particular because of the easy exp, the excellent circle is pretty big on this one
I'm only doing pvp right now for the level 80 challenge and I want to pull my beard hair out.
The thing i whine about mostly in the game is why we dont see some big quality of life improvements like mass trade so i dont need to take out like 45min to trade with my friend just for that, or mass opening gifts and mass send gifts. i play the game anyway but just wish scopely would also make changes like that to respect players time, to me details like those matter alot.
Here's how I look at it. I'm forced to play pvp. Because I need more stardust to power up my pokemon and don't forget about rare candy. I don't miss a match

I think it's more about making certain Pokemon common when we've worked hard to get the shinies. It's inevitable for those of us who have played from the start but i still remember how shiny Magikarp went from a major achievement to nothing special in one weekend.
I don't care about PVP so i think a community day should be for something different like Psyduck with the rubber ring or the new Corsola with Lara Croft shades. Maybe a new colour shiny even (green Gyarados?). That way it doesn't detract from the normal dex collecting.

A larvesta community day would be amazing. Or any event where larvesta spawn, I’ve been grinding candy for months.
I was lucky enough to hatch a shiny Tinkatink during wild area and also a 2nd in January 2026. Yes I had my fun flexing them, yet I was still hyped for the comm day so everyone gets to enjoy having one or more. Fantastic. Im happy for everyone.

Nobody is forcing you to play every event or to spend tons of money, either. It's up to you what you do. You just have to enjoy it for what it is. As for small percentages playing GBL, I suspect that a small percentage even do raids on a regular basis.
I skip that community coming up next month except classic community day.
Every event/community day that we don't like is a chance to focus on real life, take a break, save some money for the bigger better events. Leave the filler events for the hard-core go players
Okay Mr “common sense”, can we talk about how almost every com day has a Dynamax or Gigantamax (at least non rage baiters) but somehow DURING their community days, there’s ZERO relevance to the lame dynamax useless pokemon they casually like to bring back on repeat? Or better yet, we literally get their gigantamax pokemon releases AFTER those com days. Fk em all non common senser Saudi owned Niantic devs.
Common sense says that on community days with like 90% of people playing, a Dynamax or Gigantamax would be AMAZINGLY EASIER to do or be USEFUL to have around (also potentially profitable).
They have zero (or maybe less than zero) common sense.

Why get upset? How we feel about a comm day isn't going to change what they pick. You want them to listen, don't play, that they would hear, online posts don't make a difference.

What's the problem? There are not enough dragon and pseudo-legendary pokemon, so that every cday could be one of them. And a lot of them had a cday. This last cday was a somewhat "wanted" cday, deino cday classic will be soon. Of course there will be some not so exciting cdays in between, that's how a game like this works. 80-90% of the pokedex is not exciting, so 80-90% of the cdays won't be exciting, especially when legendary can't get a cday so far…

They should do a community day with every starter in celebration of 30 years and a special 30 year background!
IMO, for something that comes once a month for like 300 different evolutionary lines, it’s really better to give out the best outcome. May’s com day is bad. Not because of the Pokémon. But for the move given to it. Giving the pig Mud Shot or Mud Bomb, maybe both, would save this com day.

Why still keep returning those legendaries Pokemon that had been debut in Pokemon Go, any possible reasons behind?!
The most possible reason that I recently suspect is Tier 6 Super Legendaries Raid for those Legendaries to being debut.
This Super Legendaries Raid mechanics can be same as Super Mega Raid which is Legendaries Boss can shield itself for several times.
Only Legendaries, Mega Legendaries and Primal Legendaries charge attack can break through the shield from Super Mega Legendaries!!!
The first test for Super Legendaries Raid will happen as 10th anniversary Pokemon Festival Ultra Unlocks?!
serious thought: why didn't they give us wimpod here instead of the pig?? It's the other choice from the 3 they "offered" us last year. For one, it costs 400 candy and it's a better pvp pokemon, not that it is important.
