S Tier) all 3 starter lines are good if not great
A Tier) most of the starter lines are at least good
B Tier) At least 1 or 2 good lines
C Tier) little to no good lines
The only argument I see is Gen 1 being higher because all 3 are pretty good, but while I think all 3 are solid lines, none of them stand out as particularly great, at best they’re all solid, at worst they’re all pretty boring. I can’t say that about everyone else above them
