The shop was cute but everything in stock there, can also be bought on the Natural History Museum website/Pokémon Center website. I've also included pics of the main museum building and the big skeleton thY hangs in the hall as you can see they riffed on these for the "Pikachu at the museum" artwork.
For automod: no merch here, nothing in these pics can actually be bought – this was all just the decor in the museum before and after the shop.

That extra display is cool. This whole time I’ve been wondering if it was just shopping. That makes it a little more worth it.
where is this located?
I thought that was the big turtle fossil pokemon at the end at first because of the angle

Most of these pictures are actually inside the official Pokécology book.
Ohhh thank you for these! This is so delightful
I like how they depict the Three Legendary Beasts in the “Moving on Land” illustration. It makes sense to the in game universe how they seemingly traverse all over the map so swiftly. In the picture they seemingly traverse the land by being able to leap above all the other terrestrial Pokémon.
They really went all out with the cool displays. So glad the exclusive card was a jumbo so scalpers knew to avoid it.
Neither Drilbur or Finizen are important enough to be named.
Pidgeot going mach 2 (~2500kph / ~1500mph)? Wish it was reflected in it’s stats 🙁
