What do I do with this much rare candies?

I've been saving these rare candies and Xls for a long time. I'm a PvP player and I want to spend the rare candies (not including Xls) on a Mon for master league. I've been opting for xerneas since it's the better fairy type than crowned zacian (depends on team) due to STAB buff geomancy. But kyogre is also a good choice to spend it on, since it has faster waterfall energy generation. What do you guys think? What should I do with them?
