Hi guys, so I sold a few blister packs on eBay, the buyer has received them and opened a couple packs claiming they want a refund cause the cards are a little curved. Personally thought that to be standard for cards that have sat around for a while? Any advice on what I should do or say back to them? I've attached the pic that they sent me.

I believe this sort of warping is considered natural (doesn’t affect the grading.) you can flatten them out by putting them in a book or something.
Also, seriously…bulk?
Cards curve if they absorb moisture over time; this doesn’t happen in drier climates (or humidity controlled rooms)
That being said putting them in a book with some weight on top will fix them (don’t use a valuable book though, I’m guessing humidity is absorbed by the pages) and any collector who buys retired cards should know this 😅
