(OC) I’m drawing all 151 Kanto Pokemon! Here’s Gyarados!

I'm trying to draw all 151 of the original Kanto Pokedex! Today we're visiting the Lake of Rage (technically Johto, but Kanto pokemons).

Gyarados is one of my all-time favorites and this is probably one of my personal favorite pieces. Thanks for taking a look!
