If Oshawott had evolved all the way into Samurott before the Unova League Arc, what would his personality have been like?

Since a pokemon's personality tends to change or remain the same after evolving, what would Oshawott have been like if he reached his final stage? I think he would've been Charizard's polar opposite in terms of obedience to his trainer and would've retained Razor Shell.
