In this video, I break down exactly how to counter Gigantamax Charizard, including the best attackers, defenders, and healers you should be using to maximise your chances of success.

Gigantamax Charizard is a Fire and Flying-type Pokémon, which makes it double weak to Rock-type moves and also weak to Water and Electric-type attacks. This double weakness is the key to defeating it efficiently, with Rock-type attackers like Gigalith standing out as the absolute best choice thanks to moves like Smack Down and Max Rockfall. Water-type Gigantamax Pokémon such as Inteleon and Kingler, along with Electric options like Toxtricity, also perform extremely well in this battle.

Max Battles are unique in Pokémon GO, allowing up to 40 Trainers to participate, split into groups of four. Team composition is crucial, with the ideal setup being two attackers, one defender (tank), and one healer.
