I remote raided a few times for the Gmax pokemon and after the raid is done and I get the xp pop up my screen just freezes. I cant reload it and after reopening the app I never even got the chance to catch it.
It happend twice recently, with venesuar and blastoise
How do i stop it from happening? It happend once with gmax Pikachu and after contacting support they just said that I was compensated even tho I never got max particles or my pass back.
Ive lost 3 out of the 7 gmaxes ive done
