Quick backstory: I have had this binder since the early 2000s. My Mum bought it off our neighbour at the time who would’ve been a mid-late teenager, for me as a Christmas gift when I would’ve been 8-9 years old.
Seeing as it was a gift, I have no idea about the origin of the sketch or its significance.
It is in a sleeve which has been taped to the front of the binder. For context I’m in Australia, if any illustrators happened to have visited here in the early 2000s. The other poke-themed elements I believe are just cut outs from advertisements/magazines (Eg the Pokémon Park 2000 badge).
Does anyone have any context about who the illustration could have been done by/signed their name?
