Eternal Floette’s innate technique hasn’t fully replenished, but she can still fire a directed blast of Fairy energy while her eternal flower is fully manifested.
However, even at full power, her Light of Ruin, a Fairy-type move, strong against Zygarde’s Dragon typing but self-destructive in recoil remains inferior to Zygarde’s overwhelming Nihil Light, a Dragon-type beam that dominates raw destructive output and ignores Fairy immunity.
Eternal Floette’s best option is to charge her laser and release it before Zygarde reaches full synchronization. However, her heart melts as Zygarde meets her gaze… an exchange carrying centuries of patience and forgotten existence. Zygarde had long been set aside by Game Freak, scattered across forms and relevance, waiting in the background of the ecosystem it was meant to embody… Begging for a so called "Dessert.."
Like Floette’s eternal form, it was once overlooked and left without true spotlight… both of them existing as concepts greater than their execution, until eventually they were granted renewed importance and powerful “Mega-forms” complete expressions of themselves: Eternal Floette in her eternal bloom, and Zygarde in its Complete Forme.
Floette finds no personal fulfillment in fighting, but she empathizes with Zygarde and indulges its request just this once. Both fighters charge their attacks to the maximum and release them into a dazzling beam struggle, Light of Ruin (Fairy) clashing against Nihil Light (Dragon).
