Have the trainers fight along side their pokemon and also pokemon fusion so basically trainers will have a xp hp pp lvl like their pokemon and you have a trainer party and a pokemon trainers bonds/socal links pokemon bonds/socal links and a npc day night routines where trainers on paths and nurse joys and gym leaders and officer joys will go to sleep and go home when its night shop owners will sleep at night too. And also being able to catch more then one pokemon without the one pokemon limit where it tells you theres to many on screen.
