I have this Dratini that I want to evolve into Dragonite. I know it doesn’t have the best stats and it won’t be able to mega evolve but that’s okay with me, I think. I’m still new so learning. During this rocket takeover event, should I change frustration or should I wait to change it when it’s evolved into dragonite? Which might take me several months.
