I have completed 53 raids. I have in addition to Giovanni had 64 total times where i could have gotten a shiny. Now, how many shinies have I actually gotten from these 1/20 encounters? Zero. Not one single shiny, except for melmetal and celeb, but these are exceptions of course. The odds of this is seriously less than 4%. My friend on the other hand, who started a month ago, has caught 11 legendaries. 2 of these were shiny. im so done with these odds, can they PLEASE add a pity system?? is there ANY way whatsoever to increase my odds?
