Saw this offer for the poke go plus and thought it was too good to be true. Offer says poke go plus and charging dock but the desc mostly talks about the dock. I messaged the seller if it includes both but wanted to check if anybody has bought this and can vouch for it or an offer alike. This is especially suspicious as not only is it 20% of the usual price but includes a whole new item. Is the prove worth the risk or simply a scam?

Sounds to me like it’s just the charging dock.
Since the peripheral’s full name is Pokemon Go Plus +, this is definitely just a charging dock. The plus here isn’t an “and” it’s part of the name of the name of the device.
Also, Go Plus+ doesn’t have ports like that, so it’s a total scam.
