Hello! I wanted to start sharing my Pokemon fanart more online–particularly since Pokopia released, my Pokemon fan heart was set back ablaze after years and three generations of dormancy! I love it so much, and it's making me fall in love with Pokemon I never really thought much of before 😭 . Man, I've gotta build a sparkly crystal cave for Sableye to move into once the event ends!
I paint a lot of watercolors and love a good excuse to use metallic paints, and Sableye was a perfect subject to go even more extra on the sparkle paints than usual. Metallic effects are usually tough to photograph well, they're so much cooler IRL, but this card cooperated well with me on that front too 🙂 !
I like to work on multiple cards at once, so I have a pic of the Roselia I painted concurrently with Sableye as a bonus haha.
