Playing through Legend ZA has been great and reawakened my love for X and Y but I’m I need some clarity on understanding the Ultimate Weapon. Originally AZ used it to revive his Pokemon by using the stone on the route to steal other Pokémon’s energy to give to his to revive it and doing so made him and his Pokemon immortal. But then used it using the same Pokemon energy to end the war. In the present Team Flare wanted to use it to wipe out the over abundance of people and Pokemon. They need the energy of the power plant, route stones and one of the legendary Pokemon Xerneas or Yvetal. But what confuses me is what each of the two legendaries would have done to the weapon with their specific powers. Would Yvetal would have just been pure destruction but could it still make people immortal? For Xerneas could it just make you immortal and destroy or just one of the two? Because one of the things Lysandre said at the end of X he planned to turn your character and his friends immortal. Further so does the weapon just make anyone who used it immortal and with Yvetal would just destroy while having Xerneas has the added bonus of being both Destruction and Granting of Immortality.
