I’ve been working on this project for a really long time, and I think it’s slowly turning into something like a lifelong journey.
When I was a kid, I used to play music from Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky on the piano. Those tracks stuck with me in a way no other game music really did. Years later, during my classical guitar studies, I decided to come back to that music. But this time, I wanted to truly understand it, arrange it, and make it my own.
I ended up focusing a big part of my studies on arranging PMD music for classical guitar. I graduated about three years ago, but I never really stopped working on it. It’s one of those projects I keep returning to, and every time I do, I notice new stuff, and it fulfills me.
These games meant a lot to me as a kid, and the fact that I can still engage with them creatively today feels really special.
Since the beginning of 2026 I'm uploading a new arrangement every two weeks, slowly working through the soundtrack.
