Cleared cache and reinstalled 5 times, im on iPhone 11 with up to date iOS, never seen this issue and niantic support is as helpful as the caramelized sock underneath my childhood bed 13 yrs ago. Any help greatly appreciated.
Edit-the little arrow is the unresponsive part i even made sure my lcd screen wasn’t broken.
