There are ones over 17k around here
It’s because its standard values are the regular hoopa, making the unbound form very big in comparison.
My biggest has almost 16k, xxls go over 17.
I hate this thing, I can’t ever win a single psychic or dark showcase just because the devs failed to balance how points are distributed
