The proportions are different because the one in color is supposed to be a grownup level 100 Mega Diancie and the other one is the younger Mega Diancie at starter level. Both are Mega Diancie but one is stronger, more grown up than the other by physical form. Longer dress and bigger head are my signs that Mega Diancie has been leveled up at Maximum.
