I’m a returning player with a single elite fast and charged tm. Im still building up a raid party and a team for max battles so my Pokémon tend to be generalist. Out of these Pokémon, what is the best use of my items?

I do not have any mega stones so cant mega evolve any of my Pokémon. Happy to slap on a Pokemon later if thats a better option. Cheers for reading.
