I have been having a long day trying to get my in game item shop purchase history from pokemon go support. If anyone knows the correct wording to get this from them, I would love to know. I feel I’ve tried everything and I feel their staff are being deceptive.
As detailed in the screen shots, I had an existing balance of pokecoins that I spent in the in game item shop on an item box which I didn’t receive. (7 rocket radars for 1100 pokecoins) they are trying everything to deny this happened and cannot show my last three days of pokecoin purchase history rather offering details of items I bought last week when the rocket takeover event was on.
