In this form, Blastoise loses it's cannons, gaining a wave-like tail. It strikes it's opponents while withdrawn into shell with its tail sticking out, hitting like a tidal wave.
With it's leaves spinning rapidly, Venusaur can now fly in the air similarly to Hoppip and drop the extremely poisonous fruit which grows on its back like bombs.
