Well… this happens in Kanto… so if it takes hold and this is how Pikachu looks in Kanto, then its just Pikachu now

It makes no sense for it to be a ghost type since the only reason why she looks like that its because she lost the ability to produce electricity, she is still an electric type and can still store electricity, at most would be electric/normal.
