As the title says, this is what I came up with for playing as AZ in Champions. Note that I am a casual player so these sets are either taken from YouTube videos or my aproximation of a good set, feel free to alter it if you use it on Champions or Showdown. Link at the bottom to the PokePaste page to make it so anyone who wants to use it on Showdown can just copy-paste.
Given it's a team based on a character, I'm gonna give basic explanations for each choice.
Mega Floette: This is the most obvious one.
Golurk: Another obvious one, due to being used by AZ in both the games and the manga.
Torkoal: Also from the games.
Aegislash: Mainly just a reference to him being a king, but can be seen as a reference to the Ultimate Weapon if you squint.
Kingambit: Again, king reference, but also a reference to him getting angered at the loss of Floette.
Lucario: Might seem odd at first, but he was actually gifted a Lucario by Korrina that you get to use temporarily in Z-A during your first Rogue Mega battle that then is gifted to you in the post-game by picking it up from your room at Hotel Z.
