Lucky forever friend has 2020 Mon (does it use 1 of the 45 guaranteed lucky trades?)

I have achieved forever friends for the first time with someone. We are also lucky friend status. They have 2020 and before pokemon and I am wondering if we trade one of them… will it use up 1 of my 45 guaranteed lucky trades even though we are lucky friends??

Also, side note/question, when 6 year old(or older) pokemon are traded, does the guaranteed lucky trade count go up for both people or only the person that trades the 2020 or older pokemon?

Just worried about potentially using up a guaranteed lucky trade when it’s not needed since we are already lucky friends.
