Hello excuse me if my post is titled a little weird, i don't really use reddit but i found this toy in one of my boxes in my garage and i was wondering is this a real toy and if so can anyone identify it? The text on the little heart says "welcome 2♡♡♡. March to ward. 21 century" which makes me assume it was a promotional item (if real), i live in europe specifically belgium but i have family in france and spain so i would assume it's one of those regions. i have seen lightstick similar to this on sale when u googled "pikachu lightstick" but it was more modern and looked significantly different. Regardless though i wouldn't be surprised if it was a bootleg.
