Was traveling into NYC to play Deino CD. On the way I got a hundo Cottonee with the flower crown from a research. I didn’t know until after CD because I didn’t check since I was running behind on schedule. Surprise to me.
Then I got a hundo Deino with a background about halfway through the event from a research. Shortly after I got a Shiny Deino with a background. A shiny with a background is what I like chasing on CD and the IV isn’t bad, sitting at 93%.
Then there was a call out of a hundo a few blocks away with 30 min left of the event. Me and another player huddled our way over and another hundo was caught. I haven’t chased down a Pokemon like that since the early days of Go.
Feeling like the day went so well, I find out coming back home that I caught a shiny Poochyena with the auto catcher. What a nice way to wrap up the day.
