My friend gave me a 3 star Eevee (I had been looking for one and couldn’t find it. So we traded our fav Pokemon).
But when I evolved it and got Umbreon it went down to 3 stars. I thought the only thing that could affect the appraisal rating was purifying.
I know that trading can affect the Pokémon’s stats but it was 3 stars when I got it. Not completely perfect but still 3 stars.
Still learning this game after having it back for a couple of months so sorry if this is a silly question.
Does evolving affect the appraisal?
