Saturday and Sunday, 8/11 and 8/12, are Eevee’s Community Day in Pokemon GO. During a 3 hour period of time each day Eevee spawns will be boosted, Shiny Eevee will be introduced, and Eevee and all Eeveelutions will be able to learn the charge move Last Resort. If that’s not enough, Eevee’s evolutions have an extended event window to evolve to get the move Last Resort. From the start of Saturday’s event until Monday any Eevee evolved will know Last Resort.
Running some basic simulations on Last Resort based off of pre-release info given to Pkmn Master Holly, it has been discovered that Espeon may become even more powerful than Rayquaza with the special charge move Last Resort. This is huge news for Espeon. So huge that I need to get the word out now for pre-walking Eevees. In short, any Eevee you walk 10km now, you can un-buddy and re-buddy later to evolve.
