Dusclops | Lucario | Zebstrika
Dusclops will pass on the stats to Lucario. Lucario will help focus on Umbreon and can survive the dark sync impact. Zebstrika can take care of Honchkrow and Staraptor.
Be aware of the patterns in Lear’s Team. You’ll find that potion will be used on Umbreon if Umbreon’s HP decreases. Attacking Umbreon will be a good way to build up unity attack if you are attacking Umbreon first.
You can also take care of Honchkrow first if you happen to find the potions frustrating, but be prepared to withstand Umbreon’s Dark Sync Impact as time passes.
Lear uses “Bask in My Glory”, which raises both Attack and Special Attack by 3, but lowers Special Defense by 3. You can take advantage of this if you have Alolan Raichu since it is a Special Attacker. Lear usually follows up with Double Edge, a very powerful move which can potentially one-shot Pokemon. If Umbreon or Honchkrow are still in the battlefield after the first sync move from Umbreon, you’ll fight them using Snarl which can hit all of your teammates’ Pokemon so watch out.

Dusclops
Lycanroc
Serperior
All Pokemon should be maxed.
