Strategies for battle are so variable due to sync grind level, crit, refresh and stuff like that, for this reason i suggest only the main strategy Rotom/mew/Serperior + Charizard + pikachu basically: tank striker healer.
I suggest to use Pikachu potion slave build and charizard refresh build here:
