First Time:
Salamence (left) | Golisopod (mid) | Main Character (right)
Salamence (Support-Tank): Sp. Def All buff, and Hard to Starboard for buff and move gauge refresh
Golisopod (Physical Striker): Max Sync Grid Level 1, First Impression, Beat Em Down. Focus on side weakness to bug and sync on Reuniclus.
Pikachu (Potionchu): Max Sync Grid Potion Master 1 and MP Refresh for Potion to help heal Salamence or Golisopod. Thundershock spam (1 bar move) is also helpful for bringing Golisopod’s sync move number down over the duration of the battle.

Second Time: TAKE DOWN METAGROSS and MACHAMP!
Serperior (left) | Mewtwo (mid) | Alakazam (right)
Serperior (Support- Max Sync Grid): X Sp Attack All buffs Mewtwo, Time To Energize Replenishes move gauge
Mewtwo (Strike): Buff with Nowhere to Hide. Use Shadow Ball to take out Metagross, and Psychic to take down Machamp and the remaining fighting Pokemon.
Alakazam (Support- Max Sync Grid): Dire Hit All (x2) Sixth Sense for HP Heal and Buff; Reflect to reduce Physical Damage from opponents makes it convenient during the battle.
