Elio & Primarina is finally arriving on Pasio along Selene. His kit introduces a variety of uses to the game, as he is one of the rare supports that can buff his teammates while at the same time, debuff opponents. I’d say he is similar to Lillie, but slightly worse than SS Leaf. It’s a pity his debuff passives are locked behind 3/5, similar to Lillie & Clefairy’s Unfortuitous 9.

If you already have a sufficient amount of Support Sync Pairs, e.g. Sycamore & Xerneas, Leaf & Eevee, Elio is highly replaceable and can be skipped.
