Pokemon Masters EX Cobalion Part 3 Single Team Clear

Cobalion requires to have a status condition in order to cause major damage to it. When it does not have a status condition, the damage caused is greatly reduced. When Cobalion recovers from a status condition, it becomes more resistant to that status condition and eventually is unable to be afflicted with that status condition. In order to make just a single team work, you need to be able to inflict multiple types of status conditions.

On the first bar I use Razor Leaf to give the badly poison condition to Cobalion while gradually weakening it. The first sync move is done with Blastoise to give the Endure Passive and for the double buff. All future sync moves are done by Charizard to cause maximum damage. You need to be mindful of when Cobalion gets half health at any of the bars because then he will heal from a status condition. I try and set up so a sync move will finish off a bar to avoid giving resistance to a status condition. The end of the video lists what grid skills each of my characters has.
