I’m making Maxie 6-Star EX in this video… but before that! Let’s test him out in Legendary Arena in an off-type test against Cobalion. First at 1/5, then using 2 5-Star Strike Move Candies to make him 3/5, then upgrading him to 6-Star EX in the final test! Is he worth it? You tell me!
