F2P Friendly 7500 Pts | Week 52 Champion Stadium: Kanto Challenge | Pokemon Masters EX

Champion Stadium – Kanto Challenge Week 52
(23 August 2021 – 29 August 2021)

Understand there could be new/returning players coming back to the game, hence I am also covering Sync Pairs from 15 Typings in order to help unlock Master Mode next week.

As usual, just want to clarify that my definition of f2p friendly include all story units, legendary event units, and all 3*/4* gacha units (i.e. No 5* Gacha units). I believe with few months of playing without paying a single penny, you should be able to get all these units easily.

Also, you can always sub out certain units to your own gacha units. For example, replacing Probopass with Steelix for better tanking; or replacing Raichu with Zekrom for better Sync-nuking. The purpose of this playthrough is to make your life easier.

If you find it hard to replicate my moves, for example unable to sync twice before opponent’s first sync, I have done a detailed guide on how to do Champion Stadium scoring 7500 points overall (https://youtu.be/vClKmTL6IrA). In the guide I mainly cover on: – Brief explanation of each battle style – Team compositions – Parameters – Strategy during battles.

However, if you are still facing problems. You may always resort back to powerful Sync Pairs that pretty much ignore type advantage. Here’s the link showing 5 no-type-advantage teams which are F2P (https://youtu.be/5e2n3dk6qbU). These F2P strikers are so powerful that you can just brute force any stages with 1500 points each.

Here are some notes when using these teams against the matches:

1) Lance (Fairy Weak)
Post sync run utilising Xerneas as Striker here, the whole idea is to gain Crit rate via Palossand’s ‘Sandstorm’s Focus Group 4′, as well as causing flinches to all opponents in order to delay their sync countdown.

2) Agatha (Ice Weak)
I usually don’t include 2 units with similar buffs in the same team (i.e. Sp Atk), however for the sake of fulfilling the 15 typings, I arranged it in this way. I used pre-sync race parameters here, however it is almost impossible to take out Crobat before it syncs, hence the next best thing is to beat it the soonest after it syncs (at lease you don’t need to deal with the side mobs’ AOE moves).

3) Lorelei (Fighting Weak)
Note that this is my 3rd match. This is intentional because I want to take advantage of Round 3’s parameter which is having faster move gauge recovery, this is to mitigate the team’s lack of speed. Standard pre-sync race.

4) Bruno (Water Weak)
Standard pre-sync race. Note that I can’t quad-queue here because Tyranitar queued ‘X Defense All’ right at 14.11, this often happens when tanker has passive that will raise stats or apply free move next effect when got hit, such as ‘Freevenge 4’, ‘Team Shout’, ‘Look Alive 9′, etc. Nevertheless with Palkia’s insane DPS, you can still finish Onix before it syncs.

5) Blue (Bug Weak)
Standard stall stragey with poison/trap. Opponents are mainly Special Strikers, hence Lunatone helps by increasing Sp Defense; while Masquerain debuffs opponents’ Sp Attacks.
