Nintendo Switch

The one advantage that the normal LCD Switch has over the OLED Switch is color/hue consistency with various brightness levels.

This is an issue with OLED in general to varying degrees and is only noticeably in very dark scenes where the incremental differences in voltage supplied to each sub pixel manifests itself as visually apparent. In a moderately lit or brighter scene this is nearly non-existent. But, this is good knowledge to know because I recommend setting your Switch brightness to at least 50%, regardless of environmental lighting, as this brightness avoids the green hue that becomes apparent at that 20-40% brightness this specific Samsung panel seems to be weakest at.

This was taken in a very dark cave in Skyrim. But, if you’re playing any 1st party Nintendo title, this won’t be an issue as Nintendo’s games are very bright. [Example Video](https://youtu.be/eCVyTTGfBQo)
