If I had to point two extremes, one being recent and one being old-school, it’ll have to be [New Donk City Festival](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1IHvzwUd6w) and [Robo getting beaten by his “brethren”](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5l1dlird1BI) respectively.
Every single second spent in New Donk City, you get to prepare this festival that celebrates Mario as a whole and just going through the motions of that part made me feel like a child again, when I first was introduced to video games by my Dad.
As for the Chrono Trigger, being my first JRPG ever and not even grasping the English language but knowing some words here and there, seeing Robo getting beat up by others similar to him made me quite sad, like someone breaking up a toy or something like that. I was 7 at the time I played that game.
